• We are specialised in the sales and manufacturing of electrical motors and gearboxes for fork lift trucks, cranes and machines and focus on the Chinese and foreign markets.

(4) JOB PURPOSE

Be responsible for sales and technical application assistance of drives for forklifts and/or cranes and/or textile machines. (AC motor + Gearbox)

(5) DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES (TO INDICATE ALL TASKS PERFORMED)

1. Develop business relationship with existing customers. Continuously improve customer satisfaction
2. Perform market studies, collect customer and competitor market information
3. Identify new sales opportunities, discover new businesses
4. Find out the customer requirements and provide application assistance to the customer
5. Present new technologies and products to the customers
6. Coordinate with engineering department in the German headquarter to select and let develop suitable solutions and products
7. Work out the commercial and technical quotations
8. Do the negotiations with the customer, commercial and technical
9. Do the project management and the project follow up, liase with team members home and abroad
10. Make sure implementation of supply contract, from before shipping of the product until receiving the payment from the customer
11. Keep in good touch with customer, deal with customer complains
12. Do the after sales service coordination
13. Prepare sales forecasts accurately

(7) ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT

College degree or above in electrical or mechanical engineering

(8) QUALIFICATIONS (PERSONAL QUALITIES / STAR QUALITIES)

1. Be able to work independently and self responsible
1. Have a good sense of responsibility. Good language skills in english, both written and spoken.
2. Good ability to adapt to new work environment
3. Able to learn about presently unknown fields of work and technology
4. Skills in dealing with customers
5. Willing to go traveling in Mainland China and also abroad when necessary
6. Self motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
7. Skills in working with overseas teams
8. Analytical and systematic work style
9. Suzhou resident or moving to Suzhou with family

(9) WORK EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years relevant experience

(10) COMPETENCIES

A Plus: Be familiar with one of the industry sectors of forklist trucks or cranes or textile machines.
Or be familiar with electrical drives (AC motor + Gearbox)
